Shop Policy:

This is ratberries their shop policy, terms and conditions, shipping and refund policy.

Order processing: All orders are processed and prepared to be sent in 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. This processing time is "long" due to ensuring quality in our products as well as "made-to-order" products. Customized products and commissions do not follow this processing time.

Shipping rates: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination.

Shipping methods: We ship using DHL and PostNL. Standard shipping usually takes in between 7 to 20 business days. Rush / expedited shipping options are not available.

International shipping: We offer international shipping to many countries. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, and the customer is responsible for these charges.

Order tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Some will receive a tracking number depending on which destination your package is being sent to. You can track your order using that number through the carrier's website.

Delivery timeframe: Estimated delivery times are not always provided for each shipping method during checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, holidays, other) but we will do our best to keep you informed in case this happens.

Lost or stolen packages: ratberries is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure a secure and safe delivery location.

Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the accurate shipping information. Please double-check your address during checkout.

Returns due to failed deliveries: If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Returns: In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the goods were purchased in the last 30 days & the goods are in the original packaging. You are unable to return goods that were specifically made for you (personalization or own specifications), and goods that are not suitable due to health protection or hygiene (most of our wearables).
